The MAX Scheibner System was designed in Germany and is the only system of it’s kind. It is by far and away the most accurate system for measuring motorcycles available to the public today. We have the only one in the United States. The MAX. is an opto-electronic, microprocessor controlled system. The principal components are a measuring bracket with two electronic measuring cameras, the target unit with the two infrared illuminated targets and an integrated microprocessor. The system contains the factory specifications on over 1000 motorcycles and compares your frame against that information. This eliminates the human error factor. The MAX-system is the superior solution for quick and precise measurements without dismantling the motorcycle.
The Procedure –
Once the motorcycle is measured we give you a print out of the results. If your motorcycle needs to be straightened, we possess the finest jig available, the MOTOJIG, manufactured by Globaljig, one of the top jig manufacturers in the world. Not only is it exceptional, but the MAX system works in conjunction with the jig. This allows us to verify that the motorcycle is straight before we remove it from the jig. This insures accuracy, saves time and money.
The Results – View a sample report
Once your motorcycle is done, we measure it again and give you the post correction print out. In many cases you have a motorcycle that is straighter and handles better than new.
